COVID 19 Office Policy

To our patients, 

We have always prioritized the safety of our patients. We will be following the CDC’s recommended guidelines to keep our employees and customers safe.

In addition, we are taking the following precautions with our employees:

• All workers will perform a mandatory daily screening before starting the workday.
• All workers are required to wear a face mask.
• Workers will sanitize and disinfect shared surfaces frequently.

 

To ensure the patients maintain distance, we will not be allowing patients to sit in the waiting room. Prior to your appointment, we will call you and let you know when to come up to the office. We have also placed chairs outside of our office door, so if there are any available spots, we will let you know.

 

Prior to entering the office, all patients will have their temperature check and will be provided hand sanitizer. All patients are required to wear face masks, wash/sanitize your hands and – most importantly- stay home if you are feeling sick. 

 

For the safety of all our patients, we request that you DONOT bring children or other guests with you to your appointment if you do they will be asked to wait outside for you.  The most important thing is to make sure we conduct business in a safe environment.
